Success in Self Employment
8:00am - 9:30am
About the Event
On Tuesday, June 15th, 2010, please join AIGA for the next installment
of Career Tools Breakfast Series, Success in Self Employment.
Going solo has always had its own set of challenges. Now add the
turbulent economy, emerging business models, and powerful technology
to the mix. That’s why this is a great time to gain insight and
wisdom from those who have thrived by seeing the glass as half-full.
Join Barbara Saunders as she shares what she has learned from her own
journey as a self-employed creative professional, and how you can make
unforeseeable changes work in your favor.
Barbara’s presentation will explain six major shifts in how
business is done, and how it currently affects those of us in the
communication & creative services industries. Using real business
examples, focused strategies, hands-on tips, and audience
participation you will leave armed to handle whatever may arise in
your entrepreneurial path.
