Returning Spring 2010
Creating compelling products, services, brands and interactions with people-centered design research methods.
At “Image, Space, Object,” small teams of participants and studio mentors work together to create multi-dimensional environments, human interactions and brand strategies. User-centered narratives serve as a starting place for the design of graphic, interaction, product and environmental experiences. Research, modeling, team ideation and experiential prototyping are employed throughout the three days to produce tangible final presentations that can be brought back to work and used with your design teams.
For more information, check out the schedule and speaker bios on the Image Space Object website.

Last year's event was a smashing success. Join us for the reprise!
The design charrette will be a one day design marathon intended to completely rebrand and reinvent an area non-profit organization. We will rethink their identity, stationery, collateral, and web presence. The organization will be announced on the morning of the event.
Because of the extreme end-of-day deadline, participants will be placed on one of the following teams based on their professional experience:
identity: Determines brand direction, creates new mark
copywriting: Analyzes and alters existing content
stationery: Extends identity to business card, letterhead, etc…
web: Designs and codes new site based on new mark & copy
collateral: Creates any appropriate applications of identity
runners: Perform errands, preflight files, provide extra support
Once the last file has been sent to print, we will celebrate the efforts with an after party with everyone involved and look over what was accomplished in that one day. Breakfast will be provided, as well as snacks throughout the day. However, we encourage you to bring any food or drinks you’d like to share with your new “co-workers for a day.”
